Bouldering is a form of climbing without ropes or a harness. You climb on relatively low walls, up to about 4.5 metres high. Underneath the walls are thick crash mats that provide a soft landing if you fall.

What makes bouldering so appealing is that it’s about much more than pure strength. As you climb, you’re constantly working on your technique, balance, and coordination. At the same time, every route challenges you to think creatively and find clever solutions. As a nice bonus: regular bouldering quickly makes you fitter and stronger.

Bouldering is accessible to everyone, from absolute beginners to experienced climbers. Whether you come to work out, refine your technique, or simply for the fun of it — every climb is a new challenge.

Bouldering is an adventure for everyone!
