Groups

Walden caters to both experienced climbers who want to train seriously and beginners who wish to discover the sport — all in a calm and safe environment. Therefore, we do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties where alcohol is central, children’s parties, or other noisy activities in the gym.

Groups are certainly welcome, provided they respect the house rules and do not disturb other climbers.

Thanks to its large climbing area, Walden is the ideal gym to host your group. For groups of 8 people or more, advance reservation via info@walden.gent is required.

Team building

Looking for an active and original team building activity? At Walden you combine sport and fun in a unique setting. Climb together to new heights in this impressive historic building. After a comprehensive introduction by an experienced instructor, you get started on the bouldering walls yourself. No experience needed – everyone can join! Climb as long as you want and afterwards you can finish with a drink in our cosy bar.

Perfect for companies and associations.

A team building costs 22 euro per person including rental shoes, with a minimum of 8 people, always after reservation via info@walden.gent.

Schools

Schools are also welcome, at specific times and on condition that other climbers are not disturbed. Contact us for more info!
